Enclosures
Project enclosures, ready to print.
Project boxes, panel enclosures and electronics housings with cutouts, mounting bosses and lid features — generated as watertight STL ready for slicing.
Designing an enclosure means juggling wall thickness, screw bosses, board standoffs and connector cutouts. Describe the box and the ports you need and AiCadGen generates a printable two-part enclosure — base and lid — with the bosses and cutouts already placed. Output is watertight (manifold) STL, so it slices without repair.

Why use AiCadGen for this
- Connector cutouts (USB-C, HDMI, barrel jack, cable glands) placed from a plain-English list.
- Screw bosses, standoffs and lid lips generated automatically for a clean two-part fit.
- Watertight, manifold STL — no mesh repair before slicing.
Example prompts
- $Project box 100x60x30mm, lid with 4 screw bosses, USB-C cutout
- $Pi 5 case with cutouts for HDMI, USB, and GPIO header
- $Outdoor IP54 enclosure with cable gland holes M16
- $Wall-mount junction box with hinged lid and gasket groove
Frequently asked questions
Are the enclosures printable without mesh repair?
Yes. STL output is manifold (watertight), so it loads straight into Cura, PrusaSlicer or Bambu Studio without holes or non-manifold edges.
Can it fit a specific board like a Raspberry Pi?
Name the board and the ports you want exposed and the case is sized with standoffs and cutouts to match common board footprints.
