Pricing FAQ
Credits are charged based on the AI compute a job actually uses. A simple part or drawing typically costs a handful of credits; large assemblies, detailed drawings, and the High tier use more. You see an estimate before each generation, and the final charge reflects the real work done. The High tier is available on Pro and Business — or on any plan once you hold top-up credits.
On the free plan you're never charged for a failed generation — it costs you nothing. On paid plans (and once you hold top-up credits) a failed generation is charged at cost, with zero margin: you pay only for the AI processing consumed before it failed, proportional to how far it got. That's typically a few credits, though a large High-tier job that fails late can cost more. Infrastructure errors and timeouts are never charged on any plan.
All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD), the standard for most international AI tools. Your bank handles conversion to your local currency at their daily rate — no surprise fees from us. Any applicable local taxes (GST/VAT) are included where required by your jurisdiction; you'll see the USD amount on your statement.
Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Monthly credits reset every billing period and don't roll over or accumulate — if you're away for a few months, you come back to one fresh monthly grant, not a stack of missed ones. Top-up credits are tracked separately from your monthly allowance.
New free accounts start with a small credit allowance and permanently unlock more with three simple actions: verifying your email, coming back on a later day, and trying your first export. Your free credits then refresh every 30 days at your unlocked level. You can see your exact balance and progress any time from the balance panel in the studio.
Yes — on any paid plan. The free plan is for evaluation only and not for commercial use.
In supported regions, yes — once you've generated a part you can order it printed and shipped straight from the studio. You pay the print service directly (they handle printing, shipping and support) and pricing and materials are confirmed at their checkout. Where the service isn't available, you can unlock the printable STL and print it yourself.
