Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You’ll be charged through your card on file at confirmation of purchase, and again within 24 hours before each renewal unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel any time from the billing portal — you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Pricing FAQ
Credits are charged based on the AI compute a job actually uses. A simple part or drawing typically costs a handful of credits; large assemblies, detailed drawings, and the High tier use more. You see an estimate before each generation, and the final charge reflects the real work done. The High tier is included on every membership.
A failed generation is charged at cost, with zero margin: you pay only for the AI processing consumed before it failed, proportional to how far it got. That's typically a few credits, though a large High-tier job that fails late can cost more. Infrastructure errors and timeouts are never charged on any plan.
All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD), the standard for most international AI tools. Your bank handles conversion to your local currency at their daily rate — no surprise fees from us. Any applicable local taxes (GST/VAT) are included where required by your jurisdiction; you'll see the USD amount on your statement.
Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Monthly credits reset every billing period and don't roll over or accumulate — if you're away for a few months, you come back to one fresh monthly grant, not a stack of missed ones. Top-up credits are tracked separately from your monthly allowance.
Yes — every membership includes a commercial use license.
No. AiCADGen is a membership: Maker ($5/month) starts with a 7-day free trial for new members — card required, nothing charged for 7 days, cancel before then and you pay nothing. Starter ($12) and Pro ($29) are charged on the day you subscribe.
Every membership downloads every format: STEP (AP242 solids), STL and 3MF for printing, DXF and DWG 2D drawings, dimensioned PDF drawing sheets, and GLB/OBJ for visualisation. Assemblies export as a STEP assembly with per-part files.
Organic or sculpted shapes, figurines and tracing a photo into exact geometry — AiCADGen is built for dimensioned parts: brackets, sheet metal, enclosures, gears, flanges, assemblies and engineering drawings. Outputs are concepts for a qualified reviewer to check, not certified production drawings.
